A warm, welcoming space for care partners to connect, reflect, and feel supported, while loved ones spend time nearby with volunteers in conversation and meaningful engagement.
This is at the heart of what we do. Many support groups require care partners to arrange separate care before they can participate. Connection Café was created differently. While care partners gather together, individuals living with cognitive change are welcomed into a nearby space where they can still see familiar faces, feel connected, and engage at their own comfort level.
Volunteers offer conversation, music, art, games, and meaningful moments of connection, while care partners have an opportunity to talk openly, listen, reflect, and simply breathe a little.
Registration is requested.
